补肾降雄汤联合西药在 PCOS促排卵中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨补肾降雄汤联合西药在多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）促排卵中的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的 PCOS患者 50例随机分为治疗组和对照组，各 25例。对照组患者给予达英-35治疗 3个周期后再用克罗米芬，再依 B 超适时肌注绒促素。治疗组患者在对照组基础上给予补肾降雄汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 1、2个疗程后，两组患者的 LH、FSH、LH/FSH 及 T 水平明显优于治疗前，且治疗组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组治疗总有效率为 88.00% ，明显高于对照组的64.00%（P<0.05）。结论 补肾降雄汤联合西药治疗 PCOS促排卵效果明显优于单纯西药治疗，且复发率低，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of Bushen Jiangxiong decoction combined with western medicine
in the stimulate ovulation of PCOS

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the curative effect of Bushen Jiangxiong decoction combined with western medicinein the stimulate ovulation ofpolycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).Methods Fifty PCOS patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given Diane-35 for 3 cycles, and then intramuscularly was injected with prostaglandin according to B -ultrasound. The treatment group was treated with Bushen Jiangxiong decoction based on the control group.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 and 2 treatment circles, the levels of LH,FSH,LH/FSH and T of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and those of the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 88.00% ,which was higher than 64.00% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Jiangxiong decoction combined with western medicine in the stimulate ovulation of PCOS has better clinical effect than western medicine alone,and ithaslow recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
