中西医综合疗法应用于老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者治疗中的效果观察

摘要：

目的 分析中西医综合疗法应用于老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者中的治疗效果。方法 选取我院收治的 70 例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方法分为两组，对照组（35 例）行西医常规治疗，研究组（35例）行中西医综合治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的伤椎前缘高度、Cobb 角、VAS 评分及伤椎康复优良率。结果 与治疗前比较，治疗后两组的伤椎前缘高度、Cobb 角、VAS 评分更优，且研究组上述指标优于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组伤椎康复优良率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 中西医综合疗法应用于老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者中的治疗效果显著，可进一步改善患者的腰椎功能，减轻疼痛感，促进椎体复位，值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。

Effect observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral. Methods Seventy elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups according to treatment methods. The control group (35 cases) received routine western medicine treatment, and the study group (35 cases) received integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The anterior vertebral height, Cobb angle, VAS scores before and after treatment and the excellent and good rates of the injured vertebra recovery were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the anterior vertebral height, Cobb angle and VAS scores in both groups improved, and those in the study group were significantly superior to the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the excellent and good rate of vertebral injury rehabilitation in the study group was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures has significant effect, it can further improve the patients`` lumbar function, reduce pain, promote vertebral reduction, which is worth promoting in clinical treatment.
