某地区 137 例 0~6 岁儿童维生素 D 水平调查

摘要:

目的 调查研究某地区 137 例 0~6 岁儿童维生素 D 的营养状况,为本地区儿童合理补充维生素 D 提供参考。方法 随机选取某地区 2016 年 5 月至 2017 年 5 月 137 例 0~6 岁儿童作为研究对象,运用高效液相-质谱法进行血清 25-(OH)D 水平检测,并分析不同年龄及性别儿童的血清 25-(OH)D 水平及维生素 D 缺乏率。结果 137 例 0~6 岁儿童血清 25-(OH)D 平均水平为(25.70±7.25)ng/mL;维生素 D 缺乏 102 例,占 74.45%。不同年龄段儿童血清 25-(OH)D 水平及维生素 D 缺乏率有差异(P<0.05);婴儿组血清 25-(OH)D 水平高于幼儿组以及学龄前组,幼儿组高于学龄前组(P<0.05);婴儿组维生素 D 缺乏率低于幼儿组和学龄前组(P<0.05);男童的血清 25-(OH)D 水平低于女童(P<0.05);男性儿童的维生素 D 缺乏率稍高于女性儿童(P>0.05)。结论 本地区 137 例 0~6 岁儿童维生素 D 的缺乏率较高,高达 74.45%,而且不同性别、年龄段儿童的血清 25-(OH)D 水平及维生素 D 缺乏率不同,需提高维生素 D 的检测,根据实际情况,及时合理补充维生素 D。

    Study on vitamin D levels in 137 children aged 0-6 years in a region

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the nutritional status of vitamin D in 137 children aged 0-6 years in a region, and to provide references for rational supplementation of vitamin D in children on this region. Methods A total of 137 cases of children aged 0 -6 years from May 2016 to May 2017 in a region were randomly selected as the research objects. The serum 25-(OH) D levels were detected by High performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the serum 25-(OH) D levels and vitamin D deficiency rates were analyzed in patients of different ages and genders. Results The average serum 25-(OH) D level in 137 children aged 0-6 years was (25.70±7.25) ng/mL; 102 cases were vitamin D deficiency (74.45%). The levels of serum 25-(OH) D level and vitamin D deficiency in children of different ages were significantly different (P<0.05); the serum 25-(OH) D level in the baby group was higher than those in the infant and preschool children group, and that in the infant group was higher than the preschool children (P<0.05); the vitamin D deficiency rate in the baby group was lower than those of the infant and preschool children group (P<0.05); the level of serum 25-(OH) D in the male children was lower than that in the female children (P<0.05); the vitamin D deficiency rate in the male children group was slightly higher than that of the female children (P>0.05). Conclusion The vitamin D deficiency rate in 137 children aged 0-6 years in this region is high, reached 74.45%, the levels of serum 25-(OH) D and vitamin D deficiency in children of different ages and genders are different. It is necessary to improve the detection of vitamin D, and supplement the vitamin D timely and reasonably according to the actual situation.
