阴式与腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术的临床效果比较

摘要：

目的 探讨阴式全子宫切除术与腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术的临床效果。方法 随机抽取 2012 年 1 月至 2017 年 1 月本院收治的择期行子宫切除术的子宫良性病变患者 60 例为研究对象，随机将其分为研究组（行腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术）与对照组（行阴式全子宫切除术），各 30 例。对比两组患者的手术指标、并发症及术后疼痛发生情况。结果 两组患者均顺利完成手术。研究组术中出血量少于对照组，手术时间长于对照组，住院时间短于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05），且无患者合并两种或以上并发症。研究组患者的疼痛总发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术治疗子宫良性病变的效果较阴式全子宫切除术更为理想，术中出血量少，并发症及疼痛发生率低，值得深入研究和推广。

Clinical effects comparison between vaginal and laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of vaginal hysterectomy and laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients with benign uterine lesions with hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were randomly selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into study group (taking laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy) and control group (taking vaginal hysterectomy), with 30 cases in each group. The surgical indexes, complications and postoperative pain of the two groups were compared. Results Patients of the two groups successfully completed surgery. The intraoperative blood in the study group was less than that in the control group, the operation time was longer than that in the control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P< 0.05), and none of the patients had two or more complications. The total incidence of pain in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy is better than vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of benign uterine lesions, with less blood loss and lower incidences of complications and pain.
