乳腺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物的变化及意义

摘要：

目的 探讨乳腺癌患者血清 CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199水平变化及意义。方法 选择 2014年 9月至 2017年 7月收治的150例乳腺癌患者（乳腺癌组）、200例乳腺增生患者（乳腺增生组）及 150例健康志愿者（对照组）。用电化学发光法检测其血清 CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199水平，对比三组血清 CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199及四项联检的阳性率。结果 乳腺增生组与乳腺癌组的血清 CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199水平均明显高于对照组，且乳腺癌组明显高于乳腺增生组（P＜0.05）。乳腺癌组患者 CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199及四项联检的阳性率分别为 22.00% 、38.67% 、67.33% 、32.00% 、88.67% ，均明显高于乳腺增生组与对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 乳腺癌患者血清 CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199水平表达过度，对乳腺癌具有一定的鉴别诊断价值，且联合检测乳腺癌的阳性率较高。

Changes and significance of serum tumor markers in patients with breast cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum CEA,CA125,CA153 and CA199 levels in patients with breast cancer. Methods From September 2014 to July 2017,150 cases of breast cancer (breast cancer group) and 200 cases of breast hyperplasia (breast hyperplasia group) and 150 healthy volunteers (control group) were selected. The serum levels of CEA,CA125,CA153 and CA199 were detected by electrochemiluminescence, and the positiverates of three groups with serum CEA,CA125,CA153,CA199 and combination were compared . Results The levels of serum CEA,CA125,CA153 and CA199 in the breast hyperplasia group and the breast cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and those in the breast cancer group were significantly higher than the breast hyperplasia group (P<0.05). The positive rates of breast cancer group with serum CEA,CA125,CA153,CA199 and combination were 22.00% ,38.67% ,67.33% ,32.00% ,88.67% ,which were significantly higher than the breasthy perplasia group and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum CEA,CA125,CA153 and CA199 are over expressed in breast cancer patients. It has certain value of differential diagnosis fo rbreast cancer, and the positive rate of combined dete ctionis higher.
