术前服用阿司匹林的肺癌患者术后应用止血药物临床分析

摘要：

目的 观察术前服用阿司匹林的肺癌患者手术应用巴曲亭的止血效果。方法 选择我院 2015—2017年收治的术前服用阿司匹林的肺癌患者 40例为研究对象，按照是否使用巴曲亭分为观察组（使用巴曲亭）和对照组（未使用巴曲亭），各 20例。比较两组的术中出血量、切口止血时间、切口出血量、切口单位面积出血量、术后 3天胸腔引流量及术前、术后 1天凝血功能。结果 观察组患者的术中出血量、切口止血时间、切口出血量及切口单位面积出血量均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者术后 1、2、3 d的胸腔引流量均少于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者术前及术后 1 d的 APTT、PT 及 Fib比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 巴曲亭应用于肺癌服用阿司匹林的肺癌手术患者手术中，止血效果明显，可减少术中出血量和胸腔引流量，患者恢复较快，安全性高。

Clinical analysis of postoperative hemostatic drugs in patients with lung cancer taking
aspirin before operation

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the hemostatic effect of batroxobinin surgery of patients with lung cancer taking aspirin before operation. Methods Forty patients with lung cancer taking aspirin before operation admitted in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were selected as the research objects, and divided into observation group (usingbatchetin) and control group (without the use of batchetin) according to whether using batroxobin, with 20 cases in each group. The intraoperative blood loss,incision hemostasis time,incision bleeding volume, the bleeding volume of incision per unit area, thoracic drainage volume at3 days after operation and coagulation function before and 1 day after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss, incision hemostasis time, incision bleeding volume and the bleeding volume of incision per unit area in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The thoracic drainage volume at1,2,3 days after operation in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in APTT, PT and Fib preoperative and postoperative 1 day between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Using batroxobin in surgery of patients with lung cancer taking aspirin before operation has obvious hemostatic effect , can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and chest drainage, and patients recover faster, with high safety.
