丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液辅助治疗肿瘤患者的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液辅助治疗肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法 随机抽取 2015年 7月至 2016年 12月前来我院接受治疗的 60例肿瘤患者作为研究对象，按照住院号尾号的奇偶将患者分为观察组和参照组，参照组 30例患者采用常规治疗，观察组 30例患者在常规治疗的基础上辅之丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗后 8 d，两组患者的体质指数、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白水平及各生活质量评分均显著改善，且观察组上述指标明显优于参照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者对治疗方法的满意度为 93.33% ，高于参照组的 56.67%（P＜0.05）。结论 丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液辅助治疗肿瘤疗效显著，可有效增强肿瘤患者的体质，改善其的生活质量，可临床推广应用。

Effect of alanyl glutamine injection in the adjuvant treatment of tumor patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of alanyl glutamine injection in the adjuvant treatment of tumor patients. Methods From July 2015 to December 2016, 60 cases of tumor patients in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects, and patients were divided into observation group and reference group according to the tail number of parity number of hospitalized. The reference group (30 patients) received conventional treatment; on the basis,the observation group (30 patients) accepted alanyl glutamine injection. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results At 8 d after treatment, the body mass index, hemoglobin,serum albumin levels and quality of life scores of the two groups significantly improved, and those of the observation group were better than the reference group (P＜0.05).The satisfaction for treatment methods in the observation group were 93.33% ,which was higher than 56.67% of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Alanyl glutamine injection in the adjuvant treatment of tumor has significant clinical efficacy,which can effectively enhance the patients`` physique and improve the irquality of life,it can beapplied in the clinic.
