上消化道出血患者输血治疗中成分血的合理使用 对治疗效果的影响

摘要：

目的 分析上消化道出血患者输血治疗中成分血的合理使用对治疗效果的影响。方法 选择 2016 年 1 月至 2016年 12 月在我院接受治疗的 90 例急性上消化道出血患者，经双盲随机法分成对照组和观察组，每组各 45 例。对照组根据申请单输血治疗，观察组联用输血科参与并监护输血治疗方案，比较两组患者的止血效果及治疗效果。结果 观察组手术时间、再出血率、住院时间及首次止血成功率均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后 3 h 的 PLT、PT 及 APTT水平与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 上消化道出血患者输血治疗中成分血的合理使用能够获得良好的治疗效果。

Effect of rational use of component blood in the treatment of patients with
upper gastrointestinal bleeding on blood transfusion

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of rational use of component blood in the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding on blood transfusion.Methods  From January 2016 to December 2016,90  cases of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding who treated in our hospital were selected, and divided into control group and observation group according to the double-blind randomization,with 45 cases in each group. The control group received blood transfusion treatment according to application form, the observation group associated with blood transfusion department and monitoring blood transfusion treatment program. The hemostatic and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operative time,the rebleeding rate,the hospitalization time and the first hemostasis success rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Three hours after treatment,the PLT,PT and APTT levels in the observation group were statistically different from those in the  control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The rationaluse of blood components in blood transfusion in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can achieve good therapeutic effect.
