集束化护理在高龄患者压疮护理中的应用效果

摘要：
目的 探究集束化护理在高龄患者压疮护理中的应用效果。方法 收集 2015年 3月至 2016年 3月我院收治的 80例高龄压疮患者进行研究，根据护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组，各 40例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予集束化护理，比较两组护理有效率、压疮面积及满意度。结果 观察组护理总有效率（92.5%）高于对照组（77.5%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理后，两组患者对的压疮面积均减小，且观察组小于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 集束化护理在高龄患者压疮护理中的应用效果显著，值得临床推广。

Application effect of cluster nursing in elderly patients with bedsore

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the application effect of cluster nursing in elderly patients with bedsore. Methods During March 2015 to March 2016,80 cases of elderly patients with bedsore were selected as the study objects, and divided into observation group and controlgroup according to the different nursing methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given cluster nursing. The cure rate, bedsore area and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group (92.5% ) was higher than that in the control group (77.5% ) (P<0.05). After nursing, the area of bedsore in both groups decreased, and that in the observation group was less than the controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion Cluster nursing in elderly patients with bedsore has remarkable application effect, it is worthy of clinical promotion. KEYWORDS: cluster nursing; elderly patients; bedsore
