隐私保护干预对妇科手术患者应激反应 及应对方式的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨隐私保护对妇科手术患者心理应激、生理应激及应对方式的影响。方法 选择 2015年 3月至 2016年 3月在我院进行妇科手术的 130例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各 65例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预，观察组患者联合应用隐私保护干预，比较两组患者的心理应激、生理应激、应对方式等指标。结果 手术后 3 d，两组患者的 SAS、SDS均明显低于手术前，且观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。手术后 12 h，两组患者的血清 SOD 水平均明显高于手术前，HR、SBP、DBP及 MDA 水平均明显低于手术前；且观察组患者的血清 SOD 水平明显高于对照组，HR、SBP、DBP 及MDA水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的面对评分明显高于对照组，回避、屈服评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 隐私保护有助于缓解妇科手术患者心理应激与生理应激反应，提高患者医学应对行为，促进患者术后康复。

Influence of privacy protection intervention on the stress reaction and coping
modes in patients with gynecological surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the influence ofprivacy protection intervention on the stress reaction and coping style in patients with gynecological surgery. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016,130 patients received gynecological surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 65 casesin each group.The controlgroup was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group combined the application of privacy protection intervention.The psychological stress, physiological stressand coping modes of two groups were compared. Results After operation for 3 d, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before operation, and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the controlgroup (P<0.05). After operation for12 h, the level of serum SOD in both groups was significantly higher than that before operation and HR,SBP,DBP and MDA levels were significantly lower than those before operation;the level of SOD in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup, and HR,SBP,DBP and MDA levels were significantly lower than the controlgroup (P<0.05).The confronce score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the avoidance, resignation scores were lower than those of the controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion Privacy protection can help to alleviate the psychological stress and physiological stress response in patients with gynecological surgery, improve patients``medical coping modes and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
