彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）形成中的诊断价值。方法 选取我院收治的 DVT 患者 60例作为观察组，选择同期体检的 60例健康者作为对照组。两组受检者均接受彩色多普勒超声诊断，观察组同时接受数字减影血管造影（DSA）检查。比较两组受检者的血管内径及血流速度，分析观察组患者经彩色多普勒超声检查的的诊断符合率及血管异常特征检出情况。结果 观察组 60例患者经 DSA 检出 DVT 69条，彩色多普勒超声诊断检出 65条，彩色多普勒超声的诊断符合率为 94.2% 。观察组 CFV、SFV、POV 血管内径及血流速度均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者经彩色多普勒超声检出的 DVT 65条中，存在血管内膜异常 35条（53.84%），瓣膜功能不全 26条（40.00%），血管内回声异常 56条（86.15%）。结论 彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓能够准确显示血管内血流异常、血管异常特征等，具有较高的临床价值。

Clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis
of deep venous thrombosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultra sound in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis (DVT).Methods Sixty DVT patients admitted in our hospital were selected asthe observation group,and 60 physical examiner sat the same period were enrolled as the controlgroup. All the examiner sreceived color Doppler ultra sound detection, and the observation group added digital subtraction angiography (DSA) detection.The blood vessel diameterand blood flow velocity of the two groups were compared, and the diagnostic coincidence rate and the detection of abnormal vascular characteristic soft hepatients in the observation group by color Doppler ultra sound were analyzed. Results There were 69 vessels with DVT in the observation group by DSA,65 vessels were detected by color Doppler ultra sound, and the coincidence rate of color Doppler ultra sound was 94.2%. The CFV, SFV and POV blood vessel diameter and blood flow velocity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).In 65 vessels diagnosed as DVT by color Doppler ultra sound of the observation group, there were 35 vessels (53.84% ) of abnormal intima, 26 vessels (40.00% )of valve in sufficiency and 56 vessels(86.15% ) of intravas cularecho was abnormal. Conclusion Color Doppler ultra sound in the diagnosis of DVT can accurately display the abnormal blood flow and the characteristics of vascular abnormalities, which has significant clinicalvalue.                  　                                                                                                                                                                               KEYWORDS: color Doppler ultra sound; deep venous thrombosis(DVT); digital subtraction angiography(DSA)
