茵栀黄口服液在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者中的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 探讨茵栀黄口服液在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者中的治疗效果。方法 以 2013年 6月至 2017年 1月在我院接受治疗的 66例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者作为研究对象，根据患者治疗顺序将其分成观察组和对照组，各 33例。对照组患者使用熊去氧胆酸进行治疗，观察组患者使用茵栀黄口服液与熊去氧胆酸联合治疗。对比两组患者的血清指标、妊娠结局、新生儿 1 min Apgar评分以及术后不良反应发生情况。结果 两组患者治疗后的 ALT、AST 及 TBA 水平均降低，且观察组患者的上述指标优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的分娩孕周明显晚于对照组，产后出血量明显少于对照组；观察组新生儿出生 1 min Apgar评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者均未发生严重的不良反应。结论 茵栀黄口服液能够有效缓解妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床症状，且安全性较高，值得推广。

Curative effect analysis of Yinzhihuang oral liquid in patients with
intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of Yinzhihuang oralliquid in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.  Methods A total of 66 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy treated from June 2013 to January 2017 in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of treatment,with 33 casesin each group.The controlgroup received ursodeoxy cholicacid, while the observation group received combination treatment of Yinzhihuang oral liquid and ursodeoxy cholicacid.Theserum parameters,pregnancy outcome,1 min Apgarscore of neonates and post operative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe levels of ALT,AST and TBA in both groups decreased after treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the controlgroup (P<0.05).The childbirth gestational week in the observation group was significantly later than that of the controlgroup,and the postpartum hemorrhage was significantly less than that of the controlgroup,the 1 min Apgarscore of neonates was significantly higher than thatin the controlgroup (P<0.05).No serious adverse reaction soccurred in both groups.Conclusion Yinzhihuang oralliquid can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, with high safety, it is worthy of promotion.
