米索前列醇配伍缩宫素预防产后出血的效果

摘要：

目的 观察应用米索前列醇配伍缩宫素预防产后出血的临床效果。方法 选择 2016年 1月至 2016年 12月在我院分娩的 110例产妇，随机将其分为对照组和观察组，每组 55例。对照组在胎儿娩出后即刻静脉注射缩宫素 10 U，观察组在静注缩宫素的同时予以米索前列醇 0.4 mg直肠给药。观察两组产后情况。结果 观察组的第三产程时间及产后 2、24 h出血量分别为（5.85±2.01）min、（172.35±50.45）mL、（190.41±50.23）mL，均优于对照组的（8.50±1.80）min、（220.35±54.2）mL、（250.01±60.50）mL，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组产妇用药后均未发生明显不良发应。结论 将米索前列醇与缩宫素配伍使用可缩短第三产程时间，并可减少产后出血量，且药物的安全性高。

Effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in preventing
postpartum hemorrhage

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpar-tum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 110 cases of maternal delivered in our hospita lfrom January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into controlgroup and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was immediately given oxytocin intravenous injection 10 U after delivery, and the observation group was given misoprostol0.4 mg rectal administration atthe same time of intravenous injection ofoxytocin.The postpartum condition ofthe two groups were observed. Results The third stage of labortime, postpartum hemorrhage volumeat2,24 h after delivery in the observation group were (5.85±2.01)min,(172.35±50.45)mL,(190.41±50.23)mL,which were betterthan (8.50±1.80)min,(220.35±54.2)mL,(250.01±60.50)mL in the controlgroup (P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups after treatment. Conclusion The combination of misoprostoland oxytocin can shorten the third laborand reduce the postpartum hemorrhage,which hashigh safety.
