益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 观察益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效。方法 选取 2014年 1月至 2016年 1月我院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者 80例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，各 40例。对照组给予常规药物治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上加用益气活血通络汤治疗。治疗 2周后，比较两组患者治疗前、后的 NIHSS评分、BI评分、Fugl-Meyer评分。结果 治疗后，两组患者的 NIHSS评分均显著降低，且研究组低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者的 Fugl-Meyer评分、BI评分均显著升高，且研究组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑卒中患者能显著提高患者运动能力、神经功能康复情况、日常活动能力，能帮助患者快速恢复肢体功能。

Clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction in the treatment of
patients with ischemic stroke

ABSTRACT:  Objective To observe the clinical effect of YiqiHuoxueTongluo decoction on ischemic stroke patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with is chemic strokein our hospital from January 2014 toJanuary 2016 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into controlgroup and studygroup,with 40 casesin each group.The controlgroup was given conventional drug treatment,the studygroup added YiqiHuoxueTongluo decoction treatment on the basis of the controlgroup.After 2 weeks of treatment, the NIHSS scores, BI scores and Fugl-Meyer scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Aftertreatment, theNIHSS scores of both groups significantly decreased,and that of the study group was lower than the controlgroup(P<0.05); the Fugl-Meyer scoresand BI scores of both groups significantly increased,and those of the studygroup were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusio YiqiHuoxueTongluo decoction in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke can significantly improve the patients`ability to exercise,rehabilitation of neurological function,daily activity ability,which can help patients`recover quickly on limb function.
