五子衍宗软胶囊联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗特发性 少、弱精子症的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 观察五子衍宗软胶囊联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗特发性少、弱精子症的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的 120例特发性少、弱精子症患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组，各 60例。对照组于三餐后 20 min口服左卡尼汀口服液 1 g，治疗组三餐前加服五子衍宗软胶囊1.8 g，两组患者均治疗 3月。比较两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗前，两组患者禁欲天数和精液质量相关指标比较，无显著差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组的精液量、精子密度、a级精子活率、b级精子活率、精子畸形率及精子活动率较治疗前明显改（P＜0.05），两组 a级精子活率、b级精子活率无显著差异（P＞0.05）；治疗组精液量、精子密度、精子活动率显著高于对照组，精子畸形率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为 83.33% ，明显高于对照组的 48.33%（P＜0.01）。结论  五子衍宗软胶囊联合左卡尼汀口服液可明显改善特发性少、弱精子症患者的精液质量，提高临床疗效。

Clinical effect of Wuzi Yanzong soft capsule combined with
L-carnitine oral liquid in thetreatment of idiopathic
oligospermia and asthenospermia

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the curative effect of WuziYanzong softcapsule combined with L-carnitineoralliquid in the treatment of idiopathic oligospermia and as the nospermia. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of idiopathic oligospermia and as the nospermia admitted in our hoapital were selected,and randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup,with 60 cases in each group.The controlgroup took L-carnitine oralliquid 1 g within 20 minutes after meals,while the treatment group added WuziYanzong softcapsule 1.8 g before mealson the basisofthe controlgroup. Patients in the two groups were treated for3 months,and the clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in abstinence days and related semen quality indicators before treatment between the twogroups(P>0.05).After treatment,these men volume,sperm density,grade A sperm survivalrate, grade B survival rate,rate of sperm malformation and sperm activity rate significantly improved in both groups (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in gradeA and gradeB sperm survival rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).These men volume, sperm density and sperm activity rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the rate ofsperm malformation was significantly lowerthan that of the controlgroup (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 48.33% in the controlgroup (P<0.01).  Conclusion WuziYanzong softcapsule combined with L-carnitine oralliquid can obviously improve the semen quality of patientswith idiopathic oligospermia and asthenospermia,and improve the clinical efficacy.        KEYWORDS: WuziYanzong softcapsule;L-carnitineoralliquid;idiopathic oligospermia and as the nospermia
