血液检验在贫血诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 对血液检验在贫血诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值进行分析及判定。方法 选取本院 2016年 2月至 2017年 1月收治的 1 896例地中海贫血患者作为 A 组，1 527例缺铁性贫血患者作为 B 组，1 577例健康人群作为 C 组，3组人员均予以血液检测，并将红细胞（RBC）、血红蛋白（HB）、平均红细胞血红蛋白量（MCH）、红细胞体积分布宽度（RDW）、红细胞平均体积（MCV）及红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度（MCHC）进行对比。结果 三组患者的 RBC、HB、RDW 组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），A、B 两组贫血患者间 RBC、HB、RDW 、MCV、MCHC 等指标具有显著差异（P＜ 0.05），但 MCH 指标无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论 血液检验在贫血诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值显著，临床中可依据 RBC、HB、RDW 、MCV、MCHC 等指标对贫血的类型进行鉴别，为临床制定治疗方案提供有力依据，以此改善贫血症状，促进患者机体康复。

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze and determine the application value of blood test in diagnosis and differential diagnos is ofanemia. Methods One thousand eight hundred and ninety-six patients with Mediterranean anemia in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the group A, 1 527 patients with iron deficiency anemia were selected as the group B,1 577 cases of healthy people were selected as the group C.The3 groups were given the blood test,and the RBC, HB, MCH, MCV, RDW and MCHC were compared in the 3 groups. ResultsThe RBC, HB and RDW in the 3 groups were different, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were significant differences in RBC, HB, RDW , MCV and MCHC between anemia patients of the group A and B (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in MCH (P>0.05).Conclusion The blood testis of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of anemia, and the types of anemia can beidentified according to RBC, HB, RDW , MCV, MCHC and other indicators in clinic. It provides a strong basis for the clinical formulation of the treatment plan,in order to improve the anemia symptoms and promote the recovery of the patients.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      KEYWORDS: differential diagnosis; blood test; anemia; hemoglobin
