椎弓根固定联合植骨融合治疗胸腰段脊柱爆裂性 骨折的效果

摘要：

目的 研究椎弓根固定联合植骨融合治疗胸腰段脊柱爆裂性骨折的临床效果。方法 选择 2015年 6月至 2016年 6月在我院接受治疗的胸腰段脊柱爆裂性骨折患者 112例为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组 56例。对照组患者采用椎弓根固定治疗，试验组患者采用椎弓根固定联合植骨融合治疗，记录并比较两组患者脊柱恢复情况、手术相关指标及术后并发症发生率。结果 两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量比较，差异不显著（P＞0.05）；试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的 Cobb角、伤椎前缘高度与治疗前相比均有明显改善，但试验组优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 采用椎弓根固定联合植骨融合对胸腰段脊柱爆裂性骨折患者进行治疗可取得显著的临床效果，值得在临床推广使用。

in the treatment of thoracolum barspine bursting fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of pedicle screw fixation combined with bone grafting in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine bursting fracture. Methods  A  total of 112 patients with thoracolumbar spinebursting fracture in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 56 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with pediclescrew fixation, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with pedicle screw fixation combined with bone grafting.The spinal,surgical-related indicators and the incidences of postoperative complications in the two groups were recorded and compared. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time and in traoperative bleeding loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of compli-cations in the experimental group was significantlylowerthan thatin the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the Cobbangle and vertebralanteriorheight in the two groups significantly improved, and those in the experimental group were superiorto the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The pediclescrew fixation combined with bone graftingin the treatment of thoracolumbar spine bursting fracture can achieve significant clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
