倍他乐克联合通心络治疗老年心绞痛的临床效果

摘要：

目的 对老年心绞痛患者经通心络联合倍他乐克治疗的临床效果进行探究。方法 将我院 90例老年心绞痛患者依照住院号分为对照组与观察组，各 45例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用通心络联合倍他乐克治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，SDS、SAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗 1个月后，两组患者的 ST-T 改变率、平均发作频次、平均总持续时间、平均最长持续时间均改善，且观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 在常规治疗基础上加以通心络、倍他乐克联合治疗老年心绞痛患者效果显著，安全有效。

Clinical efficacy of betaloc combined with Tongxinluo in the treatment of senile
angina pectoris

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongxinluo combined with betaloc in elderly patients with anginapectoris. Methods Ninety cases of elderly patients with angina pectorisin our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission number,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,the observation group was treated with Tongxinluo combined with betaloc on the basis of the control group. The curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the scores of SDS,SAS were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).At 1 month of treatment,the change rates,the average frequency of occurrence,the average total duration,the aver-age longestduration ofST-T segmentin the two group simproved,and those ofthe observation group were better than thecontrol group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Tongxinluo  combined with betaloc on the basis of the routine treatment in elderly patients with angina pectoris has obvious effect, which is safe and effective.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               KEYWORDS: senile angina pectoris ; Tongxinluo; betaloc; dynamic electrocardiogram
