舒适护理干预在胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者护理中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 研究分析舒适护理干预对胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者心理状态、并发症和生活质量的影响。方法 将我院收治的胸腰椎 压缩性骨折患者96 例采用抽签方式分为对照组与研究组，各48 例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组在常规护理基础上加用舒适 护理干预。比较两组患者的心理状态评分、并发症发生情况、生活质量总评分及护理满意度。结果 护理后，两组的SDS 及SAS 评分下降，生活质量总评分上升（P<0.05）,且研究组的SDS 及SAS 评分低于对照组，生活质量总评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。研 究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 给予胸腰椎压缩性骨 折患者舒适护理干预，可有效降低并发症发生率，改善患者心理状态，提高患者生活质量与护理满意度，值得进一步推广。

Application effect of comfortable nursing in the nursing of patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on psychological status, complications and quality of life in patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods A total of 96 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures treated in our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to the method of drawing lots, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the study group was given comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The psychological status scores, complications, total quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SDS and SAS scores of both groups decreased and the total quality of life scores increased (P<0.05), the SDS and SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the total quality of life score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing in the nursing of patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the psychological state of patients, improve patients`` quality of life and satisfaction, it is worthy of further promotion.
