胆结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理分析

摘要：

目的 观察胆结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）围手术期的护理效果。方法 将我院64 例胆结石行LC 治疗患者随机 分为对照组和观察组，各32 例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用围手术期精心护理。比较两组的护理疗效。结果 术后72 h， 两组患者的VAS 评分均显著低于术后1 h，且观察组的VAS 评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。术后72 h，两组患者的SAS 及SDS 评分均显著低于术前，且观察组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排便时间、首次肛门 排气时间均显著早于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对胆结石行LC 患者给予围手术期精心护理，可显著减轻患者的术后疼痛，改善 患者的不良情绪，促进患者的胃肠功能恢复，值得临床推广应用。

Perioperative nursing analysis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with gallstones

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the perioperative nursing effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in patients with gallstones. Methods Sixty-four patients with gallstones treated with LC in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was treated with perioperative careful nursing. The nursing effects of both groups were compared. Results At 72 hours after operation, the VAS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those of 1 h after operation, and that of the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). At 72 hours after surgery, the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were significantly lower than those before surgery, and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The recovery time of bowel sounds, the time of first anal defecation and the time of first anal exhaust in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative careful nursing in the gallstones patients undergoing LC can significantly the patients`` postoperative pain, improve the patients`` bad mood and gastrointestinal function recovery, which is worthy of clinical application.
