围术期综合护理对普外科腹部手术患者切口愈合的护理效果

摘要：

目的 探讨围术期综合护理对普外科腹部手术患者切口愈合的效果。方法 选取在我院普外科进行腹部手术的患者224 例，随机将其分为干预组和常规组，各112 例。常规组实施手术常规护理，干预组实施围术期综合护理。比较两组患者的切口 愈合情况、切口感染率以及护理满意度。结果 干预组患者的甲级愈合率明显高于常规组（P<0.05）。干预组的切口感染率稍低 于对照组，但差异不显著（P>0.05）。干预组的护理满意度为99.11%，高于常规组的86.61%（P<0.05）。结论 围术期综合护理能 够提高普外科手术患者的甲级愈合率，促进切口愈合，同时提高患者的护理满意度，值得临床推广。

Nursing effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing on incision healing in abdominal surgery of general surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the nursing effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing on incision healing in general abdominal surgery. Methods A total of 224 patients with abdominal surgery in the general department of our hospital were enrolled, and randomly divided into intervention group and routine group, with 112 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with routine nursing and the intervention group was treated with perioperative comprehensive nursing. The incision healing, incision infection rates and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The healing rate of grade A in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the routine group (P<0.05). The incision infection rate of the intervention group was lower than that of the routine group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 99.11%, which was significantly higher than 86.61% of the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing can improve the general healing rate of patients, reduce the incision infection rate, with high satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
