系统性健康教育对青光眼患者情绪的影响

摘要：

目的 探究健康教育对青光眼患者情绪的影响。方法 选取我院2015 年1 月至2017 年1 月收治的青光眼患者284 例作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组142例。两组患者均实施常规手术治疗，对照组采取一般性健康教育，研究组采取 系统性健康教育，分别采取SAS、SDS 量表评价两组患者焦虑、抑郁情况，并对比两组患者眼压水平。结果 手术均取得成功的 基础上，干预后，研究组眼压低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者SAS 及SDS 评分均有所下降，且研究组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 青光眼患者治疗过程中对其实施系统性健康教育，可进一步缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪，有利于维持患者眼压稳定，可促使 其积极配合治疗。

Effects of systematic health education on the emotion of glaucoma patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of health education on the emotion of glaucoma patients. Methods Two hundred and eighty-four patients with glaucoma in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 142 cases in each group. The patients of the two groups were treated with conventional surgery, the control group received general health education, and the study group carried out systematic health education. The depression and anxiety of patients in the two groups were evaluated by SAS and SDS scores. The intra-ocular tension of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After intervention on the basis of successful operation, the intra-ocular tension in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the two groups decreased, but the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences of the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic health education for glaucoma patients can relieve the anxiety and depression, it``s favorable for maintaining the stability of intra-ocular tension, and it can promote the patients to actively cooperate with the treatment.
