CT和MRI在周围型肺癌诊断方面的临床价值

摘要：
目的分析比较CT 和MRI 在周围型肺癌诊断方面的临床价值。方法选取我院2015 年3 月至2017 年3 月收治的200 例周围型肺癌患者为研究对象，所有患者均接受CT 和MRI 检查。比较两种检查方法对积液、淋巴结和肿瘤转移情况及肺癌 病灶的检出情况。结果MRI 对肺癌患者肿瘤转移、积液和淋巴结的检出情况明显优于CT 检查（P<0.05）；针对臆5 cm 的病 灶，CT 的肿瘤周围特征影像检出情况优于MRI（P<0.05）。结论CT 和MRI 检查应用于肺癌诊断各有优缺点，临床诊断过程中 要结合临床症状和体征，以提高临床诊断的准确率，为临床治疗提供更好的指导。

Clinical value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer. Methods From March 2015 to March 2017, 200 peripheral lung cancer patients were selected as the study objects, and all the patients received CT and MRI detection. The detections of effusion, lymph node, tumor metastasis and lung cancer lesions were compared between the two methods. Results The detections of effusion, lymph node and tumor metastasis of MRI were superior to those with CT (P<0.05). The detection of CT in tumor surrounding features of lung cancer lesions≥5 cm was better than that with MRI (P<0.05). Conclusion CT and MRI have advantages and disadvantages in the diagnosis of lung cancer. In order to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and provide better guidance for clinical treatment, clinical symptoms and signs should be combined in the process of clinical diagnosis.
