复方鳖甲软肝片与恩替卡韦联合治疗乙肝肝硬化的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析复方鳖甲软肝片与恩替卡韦联合治疗乙肝肝硬化的临床效果。方法 对我院收治的78 例乙肝肝硬化患者的 临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据治疗方式将其分为研究组和对照组，各39 例。对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗，研究组给予复方鳖 甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦联合。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 治疗后，两组患者LN、Ⅳ-C、PC-Ⅲ、HA、HBV-DNA、AST、ALT 及TBIL 水平明显优于治疗前，且研究组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组的治疗总有效率为97.44%，明显高于对照组 的79.49%（P<0.05）。结论 复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化的临床效果显著，可进一步改善患者的肝纤维化程 度、肝功能，值得推广应用。

Clinical effect of compound Biejia Ruangan tablet combined with entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound Biejia Ruangan tablet combined with entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods The clinical data of 78 cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given entecavir, and the study group was treated with compound Biejia Ruangan tablet combined with entecavir. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of LN, Ⅳ-C, PC-Ⅲ, HA, HBV-DNA, AST, ALT and TBIL of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the study group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 97.44% , which was higher than 79.49% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Biejia Ruangan tablet combined with entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis has significant clinical effect. It can further improve the degree of liver fibrosis and liver function of the patients, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
