半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的疗效

摘要：

目的 观察半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2014 年1 月至2016 年1 月我院收治的幽门螺 杆菌相关性胃炎患者120 例为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组60 例。两组患者均给予PPI 三联法治疗，治疗组 在此基础上给予半夏泻心汤治疗。比较治疗前、后两组患者的主要临床症状积分、螺杆菌尿素酶转阴率与治疗总有效率。结果 治疗后，两组患者的各症状评分均降低，且治疗组各症状积分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组患者总有效率 为88.3%，高于对照组的70.0%（P<0.05）。治疗组患者螺杆菌尿素酶转阴率为76.7%，高于对照组的53.3%（P<0.05）。结论 PPI 三 联法治疗基础上再给予半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎具有很好的治疗效果。

Effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis. Methods A total of 120 patients with Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were given PPI triple therapy, the treatment group was given Banxia Xiexin decoction treatment on this basis. The main clinical symptom scores, Helicobacter pylori urease negative rate and the total effective rate of treatment were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of symptoms in the two groups decreased, and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.3%, which was higher than 70.0% in the control group (P< 0.05). The Helicobacter pylori urease negative rate of the treatment group was 76.7%, which was higher than 53.3% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction on the basis of PPI triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis has good therapeutic effect.
