经皮锁定型解剖钢板治疗锁骨中段骨折的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析和探讨经皮锁定型解剖钢板治疗锁骨中段骨折的治疗效果，为临床提供参考。方法 将我院2015年1月至 2015年9月收治的90例锁骨中段骨折患者按照入院时间随机分为试验组和对照组，各45例。对照组患者采用传统解剖钢 板进行治疗，试验组使用经皮锁定型解剖钢板进行治疗。术后比较两组患者疗效指标及并发症情况。结果 试验组的术中输 血量、手术时间及骨折愈合时间均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组患者并发症总发生率显著低于对 照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在锁骨中段骨折患者的临床治疗中，经皮锁定型解剖钢板治疗具有确切的临床 效果，且有助于减少不良反应，值得患者信赖，可广泛推广。

Clinical effect of percutaneous locking anatomical plate in the treatment of middle clavicle fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of percutaneous locking anatomical plate in the treatment of middle clavicle fracture, and to provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods A total of 90 patients with middle clavicle fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional anatomical plate, and the experimental group was treated with percutaneous locking anatomical plate. The curative effects and complication of the two groups were compared after operation. Results The blood transfusion volume, operation time and fracture healing time of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with middle clavicle fractures, percutaneous locking anatomical plate treatment has definite clinical results and contributes to the reduction of complications, which is worthy of patients`` trust and should be widely promoted.
