孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘的效果及对气道上皮细胞白介素-25和α-平滑肌肌动蛋白的影响

摘要：
目的 评价孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘（BA）的疗效及对气道上皮细胞白介素-25（IL-25）和α-平滑肌肌动蛋白（α-SMA）的影响。方法 将我院2014 年4 月至2017 年4 月收治的BA 患者114 例随机分为对照组和观察组，各57 例。两组均予 以常规治疗，观察组加服孟鲁司特钠。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，两组的FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF 水平，以及气道上皮 细胞IL-25 和α-SMA mRNA 水平均显著优于治疗前，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗期间，两组均未出现不良反应。观 察组治疗愈显率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 孟鲁司特钠可有效改善BA 患者临床症状，疗效明确，安全性高。

Clinical effect of montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma and its effects on airway epithelial
cells IL-25 and α-SMA

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the effect of montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma (BA) and its effects on airway epithelial cell IL-25 and α-SMA. Methods A total of 114 patients with BA treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 57 cases in each group. All the patients were given conventional treatment, and the observation group added montelukast sodium. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the FEV1, FEV1/FVC and PEF levels and the levels of airway epithelial cell IL -25 and α -SMA mRNA of the two groups were better than those before treatment and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). During treatment, no adverse reactions occurred in both groups. The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of BA patients, with specific curative effect and high safety.
