联合应用炎琥宁与α-干扰素治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察联合应用炎琥宁与琢-干扰素治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法 120 例急性上呼吸道感染患儿随机 分为对照组和观察组，每组60 例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用炎琥宁治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用α-干扰素治 疗。比较两组治疗前、后血清炎性因子改善情况及主要临床症状消失情况。结果 治疗4 d 后，观察组临床总有效率显著高于 对照组（P<0.05）。两组治疗后炎性因子TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、CRP 水平显著低于治疗前，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组发热、咽充血、鼻涕及咳嗽消失时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 联合应用炎琥宁与琢-干扰素治疗小儿 上呼吸道感染临床效果显著，炎症缓解明显，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of Yanhuning combined with α-interferon in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yanhuning combined with α-interferon in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children. Methods A total of 120 children with acute upper respiratory tract were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Yanhuning on the basis of routine treatment. The observation group was treated with α-interferon on the basis of the control group. The level of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment, the main clinical symptoms disappeared time of the two groups were compared. Results After 4 days of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-2, IL-6, IL-10 and CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of TNF-α, IL-2, IL-6, IL-10 and CRP in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of fever, pharyngeal hyperemia, nasal discharge and cough in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yanhuning combined with α-interferon in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children has significant clinical effect, and it can obviously relieve inflammation, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
