C 反应蛋白联合肿瘤标志物在肺癌诊断中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 探讨C 反应蛋白（CRP）与肿瘤标志物检测在肺癌诊断中的价值。方法 选取我院2015 年2 月至2017 年5 月收治 的54 例肺癌患者作为肺癌组，同时选取37 例肺部良性病变患者为对照组。取患者外周血检测CRP、CEA、NSE、Cyfra21-1 含 量并进行组间比较。结果 肺癌组患者的血清CRP、CEA、NSE、Cyfra21-1 水平均显著高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。鳞癌患者血清 CRP 水平明显高于腺癌及小细胞肺癌患者（P<0.05）。ROC 曲线及Logistic 回归分析结果显示，单独应用CRP、CEA、NSE、Cyfra21-1 诊断肺部良恶性疾病曲线下面积（AUC）分别为0.726、0.825、0.834、0.824，联合应用上述四项指标诊断肺部良恶性 疾病AUC 为0.961。结论 肺癌患者的CRP 出现升高，联合应用CRP 及肿瘤标志物检测可以提高肺癌的检出率。

Application value of C-reactive protein and tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application value of C -reactive protein (CRP) and tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods From February 2015 to May 2017, 54 lung cancer patients admitted in our hospital were selected as lung cancer group, and 37 benign lung disease patients were enrolled as control group. The content of CRP, CEA, NSE and Cyfra21-1 in the patients`` peripheral blood were detected and compared between the two groups. Results The level of CRP, CEA, NSE and Cyfra21-1 in the lung cancer group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The CRP levels in the squamous cell carcinoma patients were higher than those in the adenocarcinoma and non-squamous carcinoma patients (P<0.05). The results of ROC curve and Logistic regression analysis showed that the AUC in separate detections of CRP, CEA, NSE and Cyfra21-1 in the diagnosis of lung benign and malignant diseases were 0.726, 0.825, 0.834 and 0.825, and that of the combination detection of four indicators in the diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary disease was 0.961. Conclusion CRP increases in lung cancer patients, and CRP combined with tumor marker detection can improve the detection rate of lung cancer.
