PDCA循环法在降低门诊药房调剂差错中的应用分析

摘要：

目的 探讨PDCA 循环法在降低门诊药房调剂差错中的应用。方法 应用PDCA 循环管理法，对我院门诊药房采取相应 的优化措施，分析比较改善前、后的差错类型和质量改进效果。结果 通过采取对软件系统、硬件设备的提升和改进，货位优 化、易混淆药品的管理及人员培训等方面的措施，品项差错降低52.32%，数量差错降低56.62%，剂型和剂量差错分别降低 74.11%和61.92%。结论 PDCA 循环管理法在一定程度上可以降低门诊药房的调剂差错率。

Application analysis of PDCA circulation method in reducing dispensing errors in outpatient dispensary

ABSTRACT: Objective To discusse the application effect of PDCA circulation method in decreasing outpatient pharmacy dispensing error. Methods The PDCA circulation method was adopted to optimize the outpatient pharmacy in our hospital. Then main error types and quality improvement were compared before and after optimization. Results Experimental results demonstrated that the improvement measures such as upgrading, improvement of software system, shelf optimization, confusing drugs management and staff training had reduced the errors. And the item error, quantity error, dosage form error and dose error decline by 53.32%, 56.62%, 74.11% and 61.92%. Conclusion The improvement measures based on PDCA circulation approach would reduce the adjustment errors of the outpatient pharmacy to some extent.
