预见性护理改善妇科腹腔镜术后并发症及康复进程的效果

摘要：

目的 探究预见性护理干预对妇科腹腔镜术后并发症及康复进程的影响。方法 选取2015 年9 月至2016 年7 月于我院 接受妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的97 例患者为对照组，给予妇科常规护理；选取2016 年8 月至2017 年6 月于我院妇科行腹腔镜 手术治疗的95 例患者为观察组，在常规护理的基础上加行预见性护理，观察比较两组术后并发症发生情况及康复进程。结果 观察组术后并发症总发生率（1.05%）显著低于对照组（8.25%），差异显著（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后胃肠功能康复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者护理满意度明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 将预见性护理应 用到妇科腹腔镜手术护理工作中能够有效减少术后并发症，缩短患者康复时间，对改善临床护理质量具有积极的促进作用。

Effect of predictive nursing on postoperative complications and rehabilitation in patients with gynecological

laparoscopy surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on postoperative complications and rehabilitation in patients with gynecological laparoscopy surgery. Methods Ninety-seven cases with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from September 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the control group, which were given routine nursing. Ninety-five cases with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from August 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group, which were given predictive nursing. The postoperative complications and recovery process of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group (1.05%) was lower than that of the control group (8.25%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing can significantly reduce the complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery, and shorten the patients`` recovery time, which is positive promoting effect on improving the quality of clinical nursing.
