综合护理应用于43 例慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床效果

摘要：

目的 研究综合护理应用于慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的86 例肾小球肾炎患者随机分成对照 组和观察组，每组43 例。给予对照组患者常规护理，给予观察组患者综合护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 护理后，两 组患者的SAS 和SDS 评分均明显低于护理前，观察组评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的护理总有效率明显高于对 照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均高于对照组（P< 0.05）。结论 综合护理对慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床效果具有积极的影响，可明显改善患者的不良心理，提升生活质量。

Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in 43 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive care in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of physical function, psychological function, social function and material life status of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive care has a positive effect on the clinical effect in patients with chronic chronic glomerulonephritis, it can improve the patients`` negative psychology and their quality of life.
