恩替卡韦联合大黄蛰虫丸治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析恩替卡韦联合大黄蛰虫丸治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床效果。方法 选取80 例乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者为研 究对象，按照治疗方式将其分为研究组和对照组，每组40 例。对照组行恩替卡韦治疗，研究组行恩替卡韦与大黄蛰虫丸联合 治疗。比较两组治疗前、后肝纤维化各指标水平、炎症活动度及肝纤维化程度。结果 治疗前，两组患者的LN、CⅣ、PⅢP、HA 水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的LN、CⅣ、PⅢP、HA 水平均降低，且研究组低于对照组，差异具有 统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的炎症活动度及肝纤维化程度比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者 的炎症活动度及肝纤维化程度均降低，且研究组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 恩替卡韦与大黄蛰虫丸联 合治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化具有显著效果，可对肝功能予以合理改善，值得推广应用。

Clinical effect of entecavir combined with Dahuang Zhechong pills in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of entecavir combined with Dahuang Zhechong pills in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with hepatitis B liver fibrosis were selected as the research objects, and divided into study group and control group according to the treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. The study group was treated with entecavir, while the control group was treated with entecavir combined with Dahuang Zhechong pills. The levels of liver fibrosis indexes, inflammatory activity and liver fibrosis degree were compared in the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of LN, CⅣ, PⅢP and HA between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the levels of LN, CⅣ, PⅢP and HA in the two groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in inflammatory activity and liver fibrosis degree between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the inflammatory activity and liver fibrosis degree decreased, and those of the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Entecavir combined with Dahuang Zhechong pills in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis has remarkable effect, which can reasonably improve liver function, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
