胸腺肽肠溶胶囊联合CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨胸腺肽肠溶胶囊联合CO2 激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法 选择我院2015 年5 月至2016 年5 月收治的 86 例尖锐湿疣患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，各43 例。研究组患者给予CO2 激光联合胸腺肽肠溶胶囊治疗，对照组患者给 予CO2 激光治疗。治疗6 个月后，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 研究组患者的总有效率及治疗满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组患者复发率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在尖锐湿疣的临床治疗过程中，CO2 激光联合胸腺肽肠溶胶囊的临 床效果显著，患者复发率较低，且满意度较高，值得临床推广和应用。

Clinical effect of thymopeptide enteric-coated capsules combined with CO2 laser in the treatment

of condyloma acuminatum

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thymopeptide enteric-coated capsules combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 86 patients with condyloma acuminata treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The study group was given thymopeptide enteric-coated capsules combined with CO2 laser, and the control group was treated with CO2 laser. Six months after treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and treatment satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of thymopeptide enteric-coated capsules combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum is remarkable. The treatment method has lower recurrence rate and higher treatment satisfaction rate, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
