原发性甲状旁腺机能亢进性骨病的生化指标改变及CT、MRI 影像学研究

摘要:

目的 探讨原发性甲状旁腺机能亢进性骨病患者的生化指标水平,以及CT 和MRI 的影像学改变。方法 选取2014 年8 月至2017 年8 月于本院就诊的原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进性骨病患者50 例和健康体检者50 例,分别作为试验组和对照组。 测定两组受检者的血钙、血磷、血甲状旁腺激素(PTH),比较其结果。试验组50 例患者分别采用CT 和MRI 进行检查,分析比 较各分期患者的影像学改变。结果 试验组的血钙和血PTH 水平高于对照组,血磷水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨病0 期和1 期患者的CT 和MRI 检查结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MRI 的检出率高于CT;骨病2 期 和3 期患者的CT 和MRI 检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 原发性甲状旁腺机能亢进性骨病患者生化指标 有显著改变,MRI 不仅可以准确显示该病的骨病变,而且可以在疾病早期进行诊断并分期,弥补病理检查难以分期的不足。

    Research on biochemical indicator changes of primary hyperparathyroidism osteopathy and its CT, MRI imaging

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the biochemical indexes changes and imaging changes of CT and MRI in primary hyperparathyroidism osteopathy patients. Methods From August 2014 to August 2017, 50 cases of primary hyperparathyroidism osteopathy patients in our hospital and 50 healthy subjects were selected as experimental group and control group respectively. The levels of serum calcium, phosphorus, parathyroid hormone (PTH) in the two groups were detected and compared. The 50 patients in the experimental group were examined by CT and MRI, and the imaging changes were analyzed and compared. Results In biochemical indexes, the levels of serum calcium and blood PTH of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the level of serum phosphorus was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were significant differences between the CT and MRI findings in stage 0 and stage 1 patients with bone disease (P<0.05), and the detection rate of CT was higher than that of MRI. The CT and MRI results of the stage 2 and stage 3 patients with bone diseases showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Significant changes showed in biochemical indicator of patients with primary hyperparathyroidism osteopathy. MRI can not only accurately display the bone lesions of primary hyperparathyroidism, but also diagnose the disease in an early stage, so as to make up for the lack of pathological examination.
