瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药治疗顽固性心绞痛的疗效及安全性

摘要：

目的 探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药治疗顽固性心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法 选取2014 年5 月至2016 年5 月收治的顽 固性心绞痛患者118 例作为研究对象，并根据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组，每组59 例。对照组患者给予西药治疗，观察组 患者给予瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组的心绞痛治疗总有效率为93.22%，明显高 于对照组的79.66%（P<0.05）；观察组心电图改善总有效率为96.61%，明显高于对照组的84.75%（P<0.05）；观察组的不良反 应总发生率为5.08%，明显低于对照组的16.95%（P<0.05）。结论 瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药对顽固性心绞痛临床效果满意，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect and safety of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with western medicine in patients with refractory angina pectoris

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with western medicine in patients with refractory angina pectoris. Methods A total of 118 refractory angina pectoris patients admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 59 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with western medicine. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the observation group was 93.22%, which was higher than 79.66% in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement in the observation group was 96.61%, which was higher than 84.75% in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.08% , which was lower than 16.95% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with western medicine in patients with refractory angina pectoris can achieve satisfactory clinical effect, it has high safety, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
