常规西药联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 分析常规西药结合麝香保心丸对冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2015 年4 月至2016 年12 月收 治的100 例冠心病心绞痛患者，根据随机数字列表法分成常规组与联合组，各50 例。常规组进行常规用药，联合组在常规组 的基础上加用麝香保心丸。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 联合组患者的中医症候总有效率明显高于常规组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的左室射血分数、室间隔厚度、左心房直径、NOS、NO、ET 及IL-6 水平均显著改善，且联合组优于常规组（P<0.05）。联合 组患者的不良反应总发生率低于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 常规西药结合麝香保心丸能有效改善冠心病心绞痛患者的心脏功 能，缓解临床症状，存在较高的安全性。

Clinical efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin pills and routine western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of routine western medicine and Shexiang Baoxin pills in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods One hundred cases of patients with angina pectoris of CHD in our hospital from April 2015 to December 2016 were selected, and divided into routine group and combination group according to the random table method, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the routine group were given routine treatment, and the patients in the combination group were treated with conventional therapy combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the combination group was higher than that of the routine group (P<0.05). After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction,
interventricular septum thickness, left atrial diameter, levels of NOS, NO, ET and IL-6 in the two groups improved, and those of the combination group were better than the routine group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was lower than that in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion Western medicine combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with angina pectoris of CHD, relieve the clinical symptoms, and it have high security.
