血清甲基乙二醛、脑源性神经营养因子与2型糖尿病认知功能的相关性分析

摘要:

目的 分析血清甲基乙二醛(MGO)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)与2 型糖尿病认知功能的相关性。方法 80例2型糖尿病合并认知功能障碍患者作为观察组,38例健康体检者作为对照组。比较两组血清MGO、BDNF含量及认知功能,分析2型糖尿病患者中MGO、BDNF与认知功能相关性。结果 观察组BDNF含量显著低于对照组,观察组MGO含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组命名、语言、延迟回忆得分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。MGO 与认知功能呈显著负相关,BDNF与认知功能呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 MGO与2型糖尿病认知功能呈显著负相关,BDNF 与2型糖尿病认知功能呈显著正相关。

    Correlation analysis of serum methylglyoxal, brain-derived neurotrophic factors and cognitive function

    in type 2 diabetes mellitus

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the correlation between serum methylglyoxal (MGO), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and cognitive function in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cognitive dysfunction were set as the observation group, and 38 healthy subjects were set as the control group. The levels of serum MGO and BDNF and cognitive function were compared between the two groups. The correlation between MGO, BDNF and cognitive function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was analyzed. Results The content of BDNF in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the content of MGO of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The naming score, language score, delayed recall score and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between MGO and cognitive function, and BDNF was positively correlated with cognitive function (P<0.05). Conclusion There was a significant negative correlation between MGO and cognitive function of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and BDNF was positively correlated with cognitive function of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
