小儿急性腹泻治疗中鞣酸蛋白酵母散与蒙脱石散的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨小儿急性腹泻治疗中鞣酸蛋白酵母散与蒙脱石散的临床效果。方法 抽取我院近3 年收治的200 例急性腹泻 患儿，根据不同用药，将其分为鞣酸蛋白酵母散组与蒙脱石散组，每组100 例，探讨两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果 经过相关 治疗，两组患儿的治疗效果相当，治疗总有效率比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）。经过相关治疗，鞣酸蛋白酵母散组患儿的体温恢 复时间（1.60±0.59）d、呕吐消失时间（1.60±0.63）d、大便恢复正常时间（1.37±0.31）d，与蒙脱石散组的（1.71±0.60）、（1.62±0.61）及（1.29±0.37）d 比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 小儿急性腹泻治疗中鞣酸蛋白酵母散与蒙脱石散起到了同样的治疗效果， 而鞣酸蛋白酵母散口感更好，患儿依从性佳，建议应用鞣酸蛋白酵母散。

Clinical effects of albumin tannate and barm powder and montmorillonite powder in the treatment

of acute diarrhea in children

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of albumin tannate and barm powder and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of acute diarrhea in children. Methods A total of 200 children with acute diarrhea admitted in our hospital in recent 3 years were selected and divided into albumin tannate and barm powder group and montmorillonite powder group, with 100 cases in each group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After related treatment, the two groups of children had quite treatment effect, there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05). After related treatment, the time of body temperature recovery, disappearance of vomiting and recovery of normal stool in the albumin tannate and barm powder group were (1.60±0.59), (1.60±0.63) and (1.37±0.31) d respectively, which were not different from the (1.71±0.60), (1.62±0.61) and (1.29±0.37) d in the montmorillonite powder group (P>0.05). Conclusion Albumin tannate and barm powder and montmorillonite powder have same treatment effect in children with acute diarrhea, but albumin tannate and barm powder has taste better, and the children have good compliance, which is recommended to be used.
