腹腔镜下异位妊娠孕妇采取释放性心理护理的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨释放性心理护理在腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠孕妇中的护理效果。方法 从我院收治的异位妊娠孕妇中选取96 例，以简单随机法分为参照组和释放组，各48 例。参照组采取必要的产科基础护理，释放组在基础护理的条件下增加释放性心理护理。观察比较两组孕妇护理前、后SAS 及SDS 评分、护理满意度及疼痛评分。结果 护理后，两组孕妇的SAS 及SDS 评分均明显降低，且释放组明显低于参照组（P<0.05）。释放组孕妇的护理满意度及术后6 h VAS 评分均明显优于参照组（P< 0.05）。结论 在腹腔镜下异位妊娠围术期采取释放性心理护理可显著改善孕妇的不良心理情绪，值得临床推广。

Effect observation of releasing psychological nursing in the ectopoic pregnancy women treated with laparoscopy

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the nursing effect of releasing psychological nursing in the ectopic pregnancy women treated with laparoscopy. Methods Ninety-six cases of ectopic pregnancy admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into reference group and release group by simple randomized method, with 48 cases in each group. The reference group took the necessary basic obstetrics care, and the release group added releasing psychological nursing on the basis of basic nursing. The scores of SAS and SDS before and after nursing, nursing satisfaction and pain scores in the two groups were observed and compared. Results After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the release group were significantly lower than the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction and 6 hours VAS scores in postoperative of the release group were significantly better than those of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative period of ectopic pregnancy under laparoscopy, taking releasing psychological nursing can significantly improve the adverse psychological emotions of pregnant women, it is worth clinical promotion.
