全面护理干预对乳腺增生症复检患者负性情绪、不确定感及应对方式的影响

摘要：

目的 分析应用全面护理干预对乳腺增生症患者行复检时对其不良心理状态的影响。方法 随机抽取在我院行复检的 乳腺增生患者100 例，将其分成全面组与常规组，各50 例。常规组给予常规护理干预，全面组给予全面护理干预。比较两组 患者的护理效果。结果 护理后，全面组患者的抑郁评分、焦虑评分、应对方式中的屈服与回避评分及不确定感评分均低于常 规组（P<0.05），而全面组患者应对方式中的面对评分高于常规组（P<0.05）。全面组患者的护理总有效率和满意度均明显高 于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 将全面护理干预应用于乳腺增生症患者行复检时对其不良心理状态的作用优异，能有效缓解乳腺 增生症患者的不良心理，增加乳腺增生症患者的依从性与其对治疗的信心，提高患者对护理的满意度。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotion, uncertainty and coping style in re-examination

of patients with breast hyperplasia

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the adverse psychological state at re-examination of patients with breast hyperplasia. Methods One hundred patients with breast hyperplasia underwent re-examination were randomly selected and divided into comprehensive group and conventional group. The conventional group was given routine nursing intervention, and the comprehensive group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the depression, anxiety, yield and avoidance of coping style and uncertainty scores in the comprehensive group were significantly lower than those in conventional group (P<0.05); the face score of coping style in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction and total effective rate of the comprehensive group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing has excellent effect on adverse psychological state of patients with breast hyperplasia, which could effectively alleviate the adverse psychology, improve the compliance and confidence for treatment.
