茵栀黄颗粒和思密达治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 探讨茵栀黄颗粒和思密达治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的116 例新生儿病理性黄疸患 儿随机分为研究组与对照组，各58 例。给予两组患儿常规的母乳喂养、蓝光照射治疗和抚触治疗，研究组在此基础上使用茵 栀黄颗粒联合思密达进行治疗，观察两组临床效果。结果 研究组的临床总有效率为98.28%，高于对照组的86.21%（P<0.05）；研究组患儿的治愈时间和住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患儿的血清总胆红素水平均降低，研究组低 于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在新生儿病理性黄疸的治疗过程中，采用茵栀黄颗粒联合思密达治疗效果显著，同时，可缩短患儿 的住院时间与治愈时间，降低胆红素浓度，可推广使用。

Curative effect analysis of Yinzhihuang granules and smecta in the treatment of neonate pathological jaundice

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the curative effect of Yinzhihuang granules and smecta in the treatment of neonate pathological jaundice. Methods A total of 116 children of neonatal pathological jaundice admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 58 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional breastfeeding, phototherapy and massage therapy, on this basis, the study group was given Yinzhihuang granules jaundice and smecta. The therapeutic effects were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.28%, which was higher than 86.21% of the control group (P<0.05). The cure time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum total bilinubin level in both groups significantly decreased, and that of the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinzhihuang granules combined with smecta in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice has good clinical effect. It can shorten the hospitalization time and cure time, reduce bilirubin concentration, which can be widely used.
