复方血栓通与复方丹参注射液治疗眼底静脉阻塞的临床效果

摘要：

目的 对比复方血栓通与复方丹参注射液治疗眼底静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的142 例眼底静脉阻塞 患者为研究对象，采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，各71 例。观察组患者采用复方血栓通治疗，对照组患者采用复方 丹参注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、最佳矫正视力、视网膜静脉相对直径及视网膜相对出血面积。结果 观察组治疗 总有效率为81.7%，明显高于对照组的62.0%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者最佳矫正视力、视网膜静脉相对直径及视网膜相对 出血面积明显优于治疗前，且观察组最佳矫正视力及视网膜相对出血面积明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 复方血栓通治疗 眼底静脉阻塞可获得满意的临床效果，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effects of compound Xueshuantong and compound Danshen injection in the treatment of fundus vein occlusion

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the curative effects of compound Xueshuantong and compound Danshen injection in the treatment of fundus vein occlusion. Methods A total of 142 patients with fundus vein occlusion admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the digital meter method, with 71 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with compound Xueshuantong, and the control group was treated with compound Danshen injection. The clinical effects, the best corrected visual acuity, relative diameter of retinal vein and relative hemorrhage area were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 81.7%, which was significantly higher than 62.0% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the best corrected visual acuity, relative diameter of retinal vein and relative hemorrhage area of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the best corrected visual acuity and relative hemorrhage area of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong in the treatment of fundus vein occlusion can achieve satisfactory clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
