急性有机磷农药中毒患者给予血必净注射液治疗的有效性

摘要：

目的 探讨血必净注射液治疗急性有机磷农药中毒（AOPP）的有效性。方法 对我院收治的70 例AOPP 患者的临床资料 进行回顾性分析，根据抢救方式不同将患者分为对照组和治疗组，各35 例。对照组患者给予洗胃联合解毒疗法，治疗组患者 在此基础上加用血必净注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 治疗后，两组患者的CK-MB、CTnT、RR、WBC、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6 及IL-8 水平均明显低于治疗前，且治疗组各指标水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组患者存活率为97.14%， 明显高于对照组的80.00%（P<0.05）。结论 血必净注射液可有效改善AOPP 患者心肌损害，抑制全身炎性反应，提高抢救成功率，值得临床推广。

Effectiveness of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP). Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with AOPP admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, all the patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to different rescue methods, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given gastric lavage and detoxification therapy, and the study group was treated with Xuebijing injection based on the control group. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of CK-MB, CTnT, RR, WBC, CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The survival rate of the treatment group was 97.14%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing injection can effectively improve myocardial damage, inhibit systemic inflammatory response and improve rescue success rate in patients with AOPP, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
