幽门螺杆菌感染与胃蛋白酶原、胃泌素-17相关性研究

摘要:

目的 研究胃癌高发区陕北安塞县幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与血清胃蛋白酶原I(PGI)、胃蛋白酶原II(PGII)、PGI/PGII (PGR)以及胃泌素-17(G-17)浓度的相关性。方法 收集148 例健康查体居民,同时进行13C 呼气试验检测及血清PGI、PGII、 G-17 浓度的检测;根据检测结果,将研究对象分为Hp 阳性组和阴性组,分析比较两组血清PGI、PGII、G-17 浓度及PGR 值变化。结果 Hp 总感染率为40.54%,其中男性感染率为43.08%,女性感染率为38.55%;不同性别Hp 感染率比较,差异不显 著(P>0.05)。Hp 阳性组的血清PGI、PGII、G-17 浓度均高于阴性组,PGR 低于阴性组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PGⅡ 高值组Hp 感染率高于正常值组(P<0.05)。PGR 低值组Hp 感染率高于高值组(P<0.05)。G-17 高值组Hp 感染率高于正常值 组(P<0.05)。结论 HP 感染继发血清中PGI、PGII 及G-17 浓度升高,可作为辅助诊断HP 感染及HP 感染相关性胃病。

    Correlation study between Helicobacter pylori infection and serum pepsinogen and gastrin-17

    ABSTRACT: Objective To study the correlation between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and the levels of serum pepsinogen I (PGI), serum pepsinogen II (PGII), PGI/PGII (PGR) and gastrin-17 (G-17) in Ansai County of North of Shaanxi Province which has high incidence of gastric cancer. Methods A total of 148 cases of healthy residents were selected, performing 13C-breath test and serum pepsinogen (PGⅠ/PGII) and gastrin-17 (G-17) levels were detected simultaneously. According to the test results, the subjects were divided into Hp positive group and negative group. The concentration of pepsinogen (PGⅠ/PGII)) and gastrin-17 as well as PGR (PGⅠ/PGⅡ) were analyzed and compared. Results The total infection rate of Hp was 40.54%, of which the male infection rate was 43.08% and the female infection rate was 38.55%, there was no significant difference in the gender (P>0.05). The serum concentrations of PGI, PGII and G-17 in the Hp positive group were higher than those in the negative group and PGR was lower than that in the negative group (P< 0.05). The infection rate of Hp in the high PGⅡ value group was higher than that in the normal value group (P<0.05). Hp infection rate in the low PGR value group was higher than that in the high value group (P<0.05). Hp infection rate in the G-17 high value group was higher than the normal value group (P<0.05). Conclusion PGⅠ, PGII and G-17 concentration increased secondary to Helicobacter pylori infection, which can be used as an auxiliary diagnosis of Hp infection and HP infection-related disease.
