饮食护理干预对胃炎胃溃疡患者HAMD、HAMA评分及生活质量的影响

摘要:
目的 研究饮食护理干预对胃炎胃溃疡患者HAMD、HAMA 评分及生活质量的影响。方法 将我院收治的108 例胃炎胃 溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各54 例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行饮食护理干预。比较两 组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的HAMA 和HAMD 评分均下降,且观察组 明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组生活质量评分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 饮食护理干预能有效降低患 者的HAMD 和HAMA 评分,改善患者预后效果。

Effect of diet nursing intervention on HAMD, HAMA scores and the quality of life in patients with gastritis ulcer

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of diet nursing intervention on HAMD, HAMA scores and the quality of life in patients with gastritis ulcer. Methods One hundred and eight cases of patients with gastritis ulcer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group was given diet nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing care. The treatment effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of HAMA and HAMD decreased in both groups, and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); the quality of life scores of both groups increased, and those of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Diet nursing intervention can effectively reduce the patients`` HAMD and HAMA scores, and improve the prognosis of patients.
