加速正畸牙齿移动新方法:中药骨碎补局部离子导入

摘要:

缩短矫治疗程是口腔正畸医师长期以来关注的重点。以往学者曾尝试了多种方法促进正畸牙周组织的改建以加速牙 齿的移动,但均存在明显的缺陷。中药骨碎补被证明具有改善牙周组织血液循环,促进牙槽骨骨小梁改建等作用,同时中药 离子导入具有使药物直达移动牙齿部位、药效维持时间长、安全、无损害等特点,易于被患者接受。因此,提出一种新方法,通 过中药离子导入技术将中药骨碎补导入正畸移动牙齿的牙周组织内,以促进牙槽骨改建,加速正畸牙齿移动速度,从而缩短 矫治疗程。

    A new approach to accelerate orthodontic tooth movement: local iontophoresis with traditional Chinese herbal

    ABSTRACT: Shortening the treatment course of orthodontics is the focus of orthodontic doctors for a long time. A variety of methods have been tried by scholars in the past to promote the reconstruction of orthodontic periodontium to accelerate the movement of the teeth, however there are obvious defects. It has been approved that the traditional Chinese medicine rhizoma drynaria has the function of improving the circulation of the periodontal tissue and promoting the reconstruction of bone trabecular of alveolar bone and so on; meanwhile the iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of making the drug direct to the position of the moving teeth, the efficacy of the drug is long, safe and no damage, and it is easy to be accepted by the patients. Therefore, this paper proposes a new method: traditional Chinese medicine rhizoma drynaria is imported into the periodontal tissues of orthodontic teeth through the traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis, to promote alveolar bone remodeling, accelerate the orthodontic tooth movement speed, so as to shorten the course of orthodontic treatment.
