临床教学量化考核体系在我院的实践应用

摘要:
目的 探讨临床教学量化考核体系的应用价值。方法 选择2013—2014 学年度采用原有教学质量管理方案为实施前, 2015—2016 学年采用临床教学量化考核方案为实施后,观察比较实施前、后我院教学质量改善情况。结果 实施后教学管理、 医德医风教育、病例收集、医疗文书修改、临床操作指导、病例讨论、教学查房、小讲课、集体备课、理论授课、出科考核与鉴定
等项目完成率均显著高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用临床教学量化考核体系可有效改善教学质量,进 而提高教学成绩,值得推广。

Application of clinical teaching quantitative assessment system in our hospital

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application value of the clinical teaching quantitative examination system. Methods The 2013—2014 academic year using the original teaching quality management program was selected as the before implementation, and 2015—2016 academic year receiving clinical teaching quantitative examination system was selected as the after implementation. The teaching quality improvement before and after the implementation of clinical teaching quantitative examination system were observed and compared. Results The completions and qualities of teaching management, medical ethics education, case collection, medical instruments, clinical guidance, case discussion, teaching ward, small lectures, collective lesson preparation, theory teaching, departmental rotation examination and departmental rotation evaluation after implementation were higher than those before implementation, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical teaching quantitative examination system can effectively improve the quality of teaching, thus improves the teaching achievements, it is worth further promoting.
