PDCA 循环在促进医护人员手卫生中的效果评价

摘要：

目的 探讨PDCA 循环在促进医护人员手卫生中的应用。方法 随机选取我院各临床科室的医生及护士为研究对象，对 医护人员的手卫生执行情况进行调查，对比分析实施PDCA 管理前、后医护人员的手卫生依从率及手卫生搓揉步骤正确率。 结果 实施前，442 例医护人员的手卫生依从率为38.9%；学历、职称越高，医护人员的手卫生依从率越高（P<0.05）；实施PD- CA 管理后，医护人员的手卫生揉搓步骤正确率显著高于实施PDCA 管理前（P<0.05）。实施PDCA 管理前、后医护人员的手 卫生依从率比较，差异不显著（P跃0.05）。结论 我院医护人员的手卫生依从率较低，PDCA 管理能够改善医护人员的手卫生揉 搓步骤正确率，值得在临床护理中推广应用。

Effect evaluation of PDCA cycle in promoting hand hygiene of healthcare workers

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle in promoting hand hygiene of healthcare workers. Methods The doctors and nurses in clinical departments of our hospital were randomly selected into the study, the implementation of hand hygiene in healthcare workers were investigated, the staff``s compliance rates of hand hygiene and correct rates of hand hygiene rubbing steps were compared before and after management of the PDCA. Results The hand hygiene compliance was 38.9% in 442 cases of the healthcare workers before the implementation of PDCA cycle; the higher the title and education healthcare workers had, the higher the hand hygiene compliance rates were (P<0.05). After the implementation of PDCA management, the correct rate of hand hygiene rubbing steps in the healthcare workers was significantly higher than that before PDCA (P<0.05). Before and after the implementation of PDCA management, the compliance rates of hand hygiene in healthcare workers were not significantly different (P>0.05). Conclusion The compliance rate of hand hygiene of healthcare workers in our hospital is low, the PDCA management can improve the the correct rate of hand hygiene rubbing steps of healthcare workers, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing.
