遂宁地区老年人心理健康服务需求调查

摘要：
目的 调查遂宁地区老年人心理健康服务需求，为构建老年人心理健康服务体系和提高心理健康服务水平提供依据。 方法 采用自制的老年人心理健康服务需求问卷调查表对老年人进行问卷调查。共发放问卷150 份，回收有效问卷141 份。 结果 63.83%的老年人需要心理健康知识，43.97%的老年人需要心理医生，34.75%的老年人需要心理咨询热线，41.13%的老年人需要日常生活照料，52.48%的老年人需要心灵陪护，47.52%的老年人需要康复训练，34.04%的老年人需要上门医疗服 务，72.34%的老年人需要锻炼设施及场所，56.74%的老年人需要老年服务机构，65.96%的老年人需要增加社会医疗救助及最 低生活保障。结论 遂宁地区老年人心理健康服务需求强烈，老年人心理健康服务体系不完善。根据老年人心理健康服务需 求，结合本地区实际初步建立了老年人心理健康服务体系。

Investigation of psychological health service demand of the elderly in Suining area

ABSTRACT: Objective To Investigate the psychological health service demand of the elderly in Suining area, so as to provide the basis for the construction of the mental health service system for the elderly and the improvement of the mental health service level. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the elderly with self-made mental health service requirements questionnaire survey table for the elderly. A total of 150 questionnaires were issued and 141 valid questionnaires were recovered. Results The proportion of 63.83% of the elderly needed mental health knowledge, 43.97% of the elderly needed psychological doctor, 34.75% of the elderly needed psychological counseling hotline, 41.13% of the elderly needed daily life care, 52.48% of the elderly needed spiritual escort, 47.52% of the elderly needed rehabilitation training, 34.04% of the elderly demanded door-to-door medical service, 72.34% of the elderly needed exercise facilities and places, 56.74% of the elderly needed elderly facilitating agency, 65.96% of the elderly needed to increase social medical assistance and the lowest life guarantee. Conclusion The needs of mental health service for the elderly in Suining are strong, and the mental health service system for the elderly is not perfect. According to the needs of the elderly psychological health service, the mental health service system for the elderly is initially established in combination with the actual situation in Suining area.
